Bellechik is a specialized, family-run brand in the field of beauty and scalp & hair treatments, founded by Elham Monajati and her daughter Arezoo Karoubi, with over 15 years of professional experience.
In Iran, we’ve had more than 6 years of successful operation, over 1,000 satisfied clients, and 21,000 followers on our official page.
Our second branch recently launched in Dubai, located in the 5-star Anantara Downtown Hotel, offering advanced scalp facial treatments using cutting-edge devices such as high frequency, ice iron, carboxy spray, and nourishing vials.
At Bellechik, our primary focus is on specialized scalp therapy and natural hair restoration using completely herbal and plant-based ingredients.
Our services include reducing hair loss, stimulating hair growth, balancing oily scalp, treating dryness and dandruff, boosting regrowth, and thickening hair strands.

Arezoo Karobi
My name is Arezoo Karoubi, born in 1989 and 36 years old. I studied psychology and have been working in the beauty industry for over 15 years. During this time, I earned several professional cosmetology certifications, and I currently manage Bellechik Beauty Salon with an official license in the Andarzgoo area of Tehran. I run the business alongside my mother.
About six years ago, my mother and I seriously entered the field of specialized scalp and hair treatments. Two years ago, we began offering advanced scalp therapy services using professional scalp treatment devices. Since then, through our Bellechik page, we’ve had over 1,000 satisfied clients.
Our treatments are entirely based on natural ingredients and trusted international brands, and include services such as removing excess scalp oil, treating dryness and inflammation, stopping hair loss, stimulating regrowth, and strengthening and thickening hair strands.
Our goal is to achieve real, long-lasting results—so every client feels a noticeable difference after treatment.
In addition to these services, I also hold private, online, and in-person training courses, designed to be simple, practical, and accessible for anyone interested in entering this specialized field and launching their own business. Many of my students have successfully started their careers after completing the training.
Elham Monajati
My name is Elham Monajati, born in 1973. I hold a degree in Accounting and have over 25 years of experience in financial management, including serving as the Financial Manager at our family-owned Tamasha Holding.
Alongside my financial career, I have also been the owner and manager of a beauty salon for more than 15 years. During this time, I’ve obtained several professional cosmetology certifications from both Iran and Germany, and I currently run a fully licensed beauty salon in the Andarzgoo area of Tehran, working professionally with my daughter, Arezoo Karoubi.
Six years ago, my daughter and I began focusing exclusively on specialized scalp and hair treatments. Two years ago, we expanded our services using advanced scalp treatment devices, offering root-to-tip hair therapy.
In addition to providing treatment services, I also conduct private, online, and in-person training courses. These programs are designed to be both simple and professional, enabling aspiring individuals to enter this specialized field with ease. Many of my students have gone on to successfully launch their own businesses after completing the courses.
I have long been passionate about entrepreneurship, and I truly believe my mission in this world is to create opportunities, provide education, and help others feel beautiful and confident.
